The lobby staff is accommodating. Quiet room. Good breakfast. Easy to locate.

Location is convenient, just a stone's throw away from the train station. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel also offers a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice touch.
The facilities are outdated and showing their age. The walls are paper thin, so any noise outside or from neighboring rooms can be heard.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location, just a few steps away from the train station. the room was spacious enough and had all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home.
The hotel appeared slightly outdated, with decor and facilities that could benefit from modernization. the restaurant did not offer a wide variety of dishes, which made it challenging to enjoy dinner at the hotel.

We loved the convenience of this hotel, sitting right next to the train station and bus terminal in this city. The hotel's location made it easy for us to get around and explore the various representative sites in the region. Plus, we were thrilled to see Mt. Fuji from the top floor of the restaurant. The hotel facilities were clean, and the staff were friendly, allowing us to check in before the designated time. There were also plenty of nearby 7/11s and Lawson stores, making it easy to grab snacks or food any time we wanted.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

This hotel is conveniently located on a street with stairs, a stone’s throw away from the train station, making representative sites in the region easily accessible. the staff is friendly and accommodating, with check-in times being flexible. There are a 7/11 and a great bakery nearby. Rooms are spacious and clean.
The hotel could use some renovations, particularly in the facilities and furnishings which seem dated according to some guests' reviews.
